2 months ago I had managed to lose 2-3 kg from the bulk I had gained in Europe. I’ve pretty much kept at that pace and have now lost a total of 5-6 kg. Recently, on some days I’ve even recorded weights below 91 kg. That’s pretty great progress from up to 97.5 kg in January…

In the meantime, and as a result of losing weight, I’ve also changed my pace during workouts: on weekdays I now run at 12 km/h for half an hour, on Saturday I run at 11 km/h for a full hour. I don’t think I was that fit during my best times in Brussels.
Let’s see where this takes me.
