Another thing I forgot to mention: do you remember that annoyance I had with DHL, sending my iPhone 5s to Germany? I had complained to DHL and asked for at least a partial refund and the guy I was talking to told me that this request would be worked and I should hear back within 4 weeks time.
Last Friday – roughly 2 weeks later – I received a cheque from DHL, refunding the total amount!
Well, I cannot really complain about this then anymore.
They screwed up, but they’ve generously corrected the mistake.
