Okay, that came earlier than I expected.
Today, for the first time in 10 or more years, I weighed less than 90 kg. Since January I have lost around 7 kg.
I know in the next few days I will bounce back to 90 kg and above. This up and down happens all the time and is also nicely illustrated in the chart above. But at the same time I know if I simply continue what I am doing, I will eventually slip under 90 kg and stay there.
I am quite proud. I have also changed the pace of my Saturday runs. I still do 12.0 km/h on Mondays and Wednesdays (5 min at 7.0, then 25 min at 12.0 km/h and again 5 min at 7.0), but I increased my pace on Saturdays to 11.5 km/h (5 min at 7.0, then 11.5 km/h for 50 min and finish with 5 min at 7.0).
Let’s see where this takes me.
